A:
Yes. You can mix matte and glossy prints in the same order, it will not delay your order at all.

Is there an index print included with my prints?
A:
Yes. All orders are sent out with an index print(s) showing you exactly what is in each order.

Q:
What type of paper is used to print my photos?
A:
We use Kodak and Epson paper, chemicals and inks.

Q:
How can I back up my photos?
A:
You can back your photos up by moving them onto a compact disk, or CD. We provide this option in our order details menu. CD's keep your photos in a virtually indestructible, lightweight package to ensure their safekeeping and availability among the rest of your files.

Tip #307 How to color correct your photos

Here is how you would color correct your photos... Option 1: Once you upload your photos to our site you can use the tools we offer to auto color correct or do it yourself. Option 2: leave your photos the way they are and let us do it for you, and its FREE.

Tip #347 How to crop your photos without cut

Once you choose the photos and sizes you want to have printed, simply hover your mouse over the little crop icon on every photo you will be printing and adjust the cropping location for every photo. Or just leave them the way they are and we will evenly crop them for you.
